Dear Parents and Carers, 

Further to my email yesterday, I would like to thank you for your understanding regarding the postponement of the Parent Information Evening and Year 6 Transition Days due to the extreme weather forecast. 

Following careful consideration, we are now in a position to confirm the revised arrangements. 

The Parent Information Evening will now take place on Tuesday 30th June at 5:00pm-6:00pm. 

In addition, we have taken the decision to amend the transition programme. The Year 6 Transition Days will now be condensed into a single day, which will take place on Wednesday 1st July from 9:30am to 2:30pm. 

If your child is unable to make this new date please can you email admissions.bch@osborne.coop to advise.  

Whilst we recognise that this is a change to the originally planned programme, we believe that this approach allows us to proceed in a manner that continues to prioritise the health, safety and wellbeing of all students, while still providing an important opportunity for your child to experience life at Brentwood County High School. 

We fully appreciate your continued patience, flexibility and support during this time and we very much look forward to welcoming both you and your child in the coming days.
