Exam results 2025
“We are immensely proud of our students and staff. This year’s examination results at both A Level and GCSE show strong improvements across the board. Our Year 13 leavers are progressing to leading universities nationwide and into high-quality apprenticeships with prestigious employers. While many of our Year 11 students are moving on to our Sixth Form and other high-performing colleges, as well as apprenticeships and vocational pathways. Their hard work, resilience and commitment have truly paid off. We congratulate every student and wish them every success in the exciting next stages of their education, training and careers.

The school is proud of all its students and their individual successes but there are some notable performances to mention:
A Level
Liam has gained a place at the London School of Economics to read Politics after receiving 3A* grades in Politics, History and Sociology.
Thirandie excelled in her Law, Psychology and Biology A-levels and was awarded 2As and a B and she will be completing a degree in Law at Queen Mary University. Harry was delighted to get 2A*’s and 1A and will go on to read Biological Sciences at University College London.
Remi is going to start an underwriting apprenticeship with the Tokio Marine Insurance Company after getting 2 A*’s and 1 A in Psychology, Sociology and Criminology.
Oscar has gained a place at the University of Bristol to study Maths after receiving 2 A grades and 1 B in Maths, Physics and History.
In addition Holly achieved 1 A* and 2 A’s and will be starting a degree in Economics and Management at the University of Bristol and Ella will be starting a degree apprenticeship with Amazon in Project Management after opening her results to see 1 A*, 1 A and a B.
As well as numerous successes at A level, many students achieved Distinction and Distinction star in their BTEC qualifications including Theo who is going to study Civil and Structural Engineering at Sheffield University.
Other students will be going on to study courses such as Midwifery, Ecological Science, Motor Sport Technology and Architecture at universities across the UK including Manchester, Birmingham, Royal Holloway, Keele and Leicester.
GCSE
After two years of fantastic effort Cristina achieved 5 grade 9s and 3 grade 8s and one level 2 Distinction and is going on to study Maths, History and Geography in our Sixth Form.
Aiden worked incredibly hard and made amazing progress and achieved 2 grade 9s and 6 grade 8s and is going on to study Maths, Chemistry and Biology in our Sixth Form.
Suzannah showed amazing resilience and dedication to achieve 3 grade 9s and 5 grade 8s and is going on to study Maths, Geography and History in our Sixth Form.
Maheen achieved 1 grade 9, 3 grade 8s and 3 grades 7s and is going onto study History, Sociology and Law in our Sixth Form.
